  12. Postage and Delivery

    Place your order for in-stock items up to 3.00pm Monday to Friday and subject to your credit card being authorised satisfactorily, we will despatch your goods the same day. Any orders placed on Sat/Sun will be processed on Monday.

    We e-mail you as the goods leave us with details of the consignment number. The email will include instructions detailing how to track your parcel's progress on the City Link website.

    Please ensure someone is at this address to receive the parcel. If no-one is present, a card will be left so you can contact City Link or the Royal Mail to arrange re-delivery or collection. Note that normal delivery is between 9am and 6pm. We can't make tracing enquiries until the day after the scheduled delivery date.

    Delivery Costs - UK mainland

    Standard delivery (2/3 days) - £11.75 inc VAT

    Express delivery (next day) - £23.50 inc VAT

    NI, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands - all consignments - £29.99 inc VAT

    Order tracking

    We despatch items with a value less than £50 via Royal Mail and all other by City Link carriers, therefore please allow 1-2 working days for delivery from point of despatch. We will send you a confirmation email the day your consignment is released to enable you to be ready for delivery.

    Please ensure someone is at this address to receive the parcel. If no-one is present, a card will be left so you can contact City Link or the Royal Mail to arrange re-delivery or collection.   13. Payment options

    We can currently only supply products to the United Kingdom addresses.

    We accept Google Checkout. We do not charge for any item until it is ready for delivery. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

  14. Stock availablity

    We keep huge stocks of the latest car audio products ready for instant delivery. However, in the unlikely event your item is not in stock, we will backorder it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
